Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Sean’s Auto Lab, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 📅 Cancellation Terms: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will not incur any charge. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment time are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. No-shows or failure to be present at the time of your scheduled service will also incur a $10.00 no-show fee. This policy helps us stay efficient and available for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and continued support
